We’re feeding two birds with one scone: we build a lot of apartments that are affordable to many people and ensure that the development is both spacious and comfortable, thus reducing the footprint of the housing units and providing more land for lush greenery, infrastructure, and public spaces.
WHY THERE ARE SO MANY SPORTS FACILITIES IN THE COURTYARD
М54 is located in the western part of Moscow, near the Moscow River Park. This area is renowned as a sports enthusiast’s paradise. Ski slopes can be found in Strogino District, wake surfing facilities — near Crocus City Mall, a bike track and numerous parks and forests that are perfect for jogging — in Krylatskoye District. We draw inspiration from the environment and will add a lot of sports facilities and courts within the development.
WHAT IS THE TARGET AUDIENCE FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT
Why do many people look towards the western part of Moscow as a place to live? The building density is low here, the infrastructure is highly convenient, while the local districts are among the greenest in the city. We’re just further enhancing these positives with modern architecture, cosy and green courtyards, smart houses and smart apartments, as well as many spaces and services for children. A place perfect for young families with kids!
HOW THE DEVELOPMENT IS INSPIRED BY THE PARK
We want to create an environment with no barriers or borders, where the entire housing development is treated as one single home. We’re making the windows as large as possible, so that you see trees whenever you look outside, and we’re making the courtyards as green as possible so that the housing development naturally gives way to the forest park.
WHAT COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT MEANS
М54 is one of the first projects that will be built in Moscow, according to the new comprehensive territory development law. The city authorities and all landowners have reached an agreement on what to do with the land, signed the necessary paperwork, decided who will be responsible for what, and are rebuilding the district to create a unified, harmonized, and transparent environment.
OUR TEAM
М54 will be brought to life in a similar way to Kampus: an international bidding competition involving the architectural design of the development among the world’s leading architectural bureaus.
